Feeling overwhelmed or would like someone to talk to? I’m trained to listen and engage.
I offer a warm and non-judgemental space for you to explore whatever you might be carrying in your mind or body.
I work in a way that is based on equality and empowerment, so there is never any pressure to work at a certain pace or discuss anything you do not want to.
I draw on a number of different therapeutic methods and together we can fine tune a way that works for you.
Sessions with me
Our introductory session will usually be online, but if you would like to meet in person, just let me know.
I have a number of low cost sessions available if you are unemployed or have other circumstances you would like to discuss.
Introduction
These sessions last around 50 mins and happen at the same time every week.
We can use this time to speak about whatever is on your mind, reflect on what might be happening for you, and think about your options.
1:1 Session
This is a shorter session, usually around 30 minutes, for us to connect and see if we would work well together.
