Absolutely.
There are of course some legal exceptions and limitations to this, which are there to help keep you safe and these will be explained at your first meeting.
All client records are protected by the General Data Protection Regulation and Data Protection Act and no client information is shared with any third party. Again any exceptions to this policy would occur only where necessary to protect the safety of clients or others.
I will not contact you on any telephone number or at any address if explicitly asked not to.

This is entirely up to you.
What you feel comfortable sharing may ebb and flow as we work together.
The most important thing to know is that I will not judge you anything you say.

Even the best therapy is not a quick fix, and it can take some time for changes to emerge.
We will work together to set realistic goals and anchor points and check in regularly to see how you are finding things.

I can’t guarantee that every session will be fun or that you will never get frustrated or encounter pain.
I can tell you that I will be with you on the journey.

I work on a per session basis.
The first six weeks we will work together on trial basis to see how we get on.
