Individual Therapy
We will work together to gain an understanding of your current challenges but also build clarity and resilience, rather than just managing symptoms.
Sessions are active and focused on helping you understand how your past experiences are shaping your current strategies.
You’re part of the process. We keep communication open and decisions shared—no black boxes or surprises.
£70 per session
Attachment Insights
Gain clarity on your attachment styles and how they are impacting your current relationships.
Together we will work through the long form Adult Attachment Interview, I will write up a full report, and then a full debrief to provide a depth of understanding and insight
£350 for report and debrief
